Preschool Program

We run a full time preschool program Monday to Friday 8:45AM to 3:30PM

(8:45AM-9:30AM Drop-Offs/3:00PM-3:30PM Pick-Ups).

The Learning Garden has a strict Uniform Policy & is a NO-Screen Zone.

​

Our Preschool Program begins on October 2, 2023. The requirements for this program are below:

 

Please note the following Requirements for The Learning Garden Pre-K Program:

• Your child must be 3 to 4 years old, entering into JK the following Academic year. (*Priority is given to students registered in our JK program that following year)

• Your child must also be fully potty trained

• Your child must be able to eat independently

• Your child must be able to dress themselves for the most part (Example: They can put their jacket on alone, then an adult can help zip up their jacket) 

 

This program includes 2 snacks & 1 lunch.

The material taught includes math, literacy, science, creative arts, and social skills, Islamic studies, Quran, among other subjects and skills. Our teaching styles leans a lot on nature & exploration, there is a gardening component in all our programs as well as an interactive animal component. We embrace an Emergent Curriculum in our program, which is responsive to the children's interests and progress. We also incorporate Indoor & Outdoor Play, as well as rest & quiet time into the day for the Preschoolers.
